Q:
How can I order my new floor? A: You can now order your new flooring
from Storeys in a number of ways: In-store - You can
visit any one of our stores and choose from a huge choice of carpets, rugs, vinyls,
laminate and solid wood flooring. Our customer sales team will be happy to give
you all the expert flooring advice that you need and for a small deposit you can
borrow samples of your favourite carpets to match against your home décor
to help you decide on your perfect floor.
Free Home Measuring and Estimation Service - if
you've found a floor that you like but you're not sure of
your room sizes then you can use our FREE estimation and
home measuring service. One of our estimators will arrange
to call at a convenient time for you to measure your rooms
free of charge. They will then provide a final cost estimate
and if you would like to go ahead with the order you can
either visit the store to pay a deposit / balance or you
can confirm your order over the telephone. Simply contact
your nearest store to book an appointment.
Q: Can I order my new floor but pay for
it later?
A: Yes. Buying a fabulous new floor has never been easier
with the Storey Carpets credit options. You can order your
carpet now with no deposit and pay for it later. Various lengths
of credit are available subject to status and a minimum order
value applies to each option. if you'd like to know more,
just call into your
nearest store and we'll be pleased to help.
Q: How do I organise fitting?
A: Once you have placed your order with Storeys we can organise
fitting on your behalf. All fitting carried out by our trained
fitters is guaranteed for 12 months and complies with British
Standards B.S. 5325 for carpets and B.S. 8203 for vinyls.
Q: How can I look after my new flooring?
A: With a little care and attention you will be able to prolong
the life of your carpet and help maintain your floor's good

How to get more help A: In the unlikely event that a fault should
occur with your new flooring, help is readily available. Many problems are easily
rectified with a quick phone call to the branch where you bought your flooring
